the location was good. i walked five minutes to the train station. free car parking out the back was very useful. it only had four spaces though. the owners were lovely.

The location is near a moderately busy road. I found the hotel very clean. Toilet and shower facilities adjoin and were similarly clean. Lorraine made me welcome and gave me helpful information.
Some equipment did not work. The bathroom spray was unusable. The gas-heating was completely turned off. The towel was unclean.

The hotel is near a really nice Wetherspoons pub. It is only a couple of minutes walk away. This provides convenient access to meals and drinks.

just.. alright, i guess

the location near the train station was acceptable. i could walk there easily.
the shower temperature was a joke. it was barely lukewarm, not hot at all. this detail really ruined the stay for me. the room's gas heating was completely turned off, a bit chilly too.
